Custom Palm Bay Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Palm Bay,FL and surrounding communities in Brevard County. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, foundation work, and related concrete services. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate or proposal provided to the customer prior to work beginning.
Free estimates are provided on request. An estimate represents our best assessment of the cost of a project based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing may change if:
Any changes to the agreed scope or pricing will be communicated to the customer in writing before additional work is performed.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and permit timelines. We will communicate the scheduled start date in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Work that has already begun may not be cancellable without payment for the portion of work completed. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or proposal for each project. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in writing prior to project start. Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee and may result in suspension of work until payment is received. Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
Certain concrete projects require permits from Brevard County or the City of Palm Bay. Where permits are required, we will advise the customer before work begins. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible for permit inspections. We perform all work in compliance with applicable Florida building codes and local ordinances.
We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty terms applicable to a specific project will be stated in the written proposal or contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper use, vehicle loads beyond the design specification, ground movement, flooding, or other events outside our control. Normal hairline cracking in concrete is not a defect and is not covered by any workmanship warranty. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Palm Bay Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
